Emily joined Burns Estate Planning & Wealth Advisors in June 2026 as a Processing Assistant. In her role, she works alongside the Senior Account Processing Specialist to support account management, client communications, and advisor operations. With a strong foundation in finance and previous internship experience at First Guaranty Bank, Emily is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and advisors.
A native of Covington, Louisiana, Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2026. During her time at Southeastern, she was an active member of the Phi Mu Fraternity, Alpha Psi Chapter. Passionate about wealth management, Emily enjoys building meaningful relationships and takes pride in supporting clients as they work toward their long-term financial goals.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with family and friends.
